Canada
Free standard shipping within Canada (no tracking) via Canada Post. Shipping upgrades for tracking, expedited services are available upon checkout.
Western Provinces Please allow between 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.
Eastern Provinces: Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive.
United States
Flat rate $5 shipping on all orders to the US via USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. Orders include a tracking number.
We cannot be held responsible for damages, delays and/or additional charges incurred during shipping. Items returned to sender due to improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges.
Due to the handmade and custom sizing of our products we do not accept returns.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Items must be unworn, have no signs of wear and damage, and in original condition. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
How to Exchange an Item
Please email hello@darlingdearco.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel and include your order number and items you wish to return..
Please return your item in a small box or envelope or it’s original packaging.
Once the item has been received back to us we will begin crafting the exchange item and will continue to stay in touch with you up to the point of mailing your order.
